The reef we explore on our tours is full of vibrant marine life, perfect for snorkeling and fishing.
A fun donut boat ride is also available during our fishing and snorkeling tours — lots of excitement for everyone.

  • Yes! Our guides are trained in safety and first aid, and all equipment is regularly inspected. However, participants must follow safety instructions at all times.

  • Our tours operate rain or shine, but if conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule or provide a refund according to our cancellation policy.

  • Meeting Point: Cabuya Beach (exact coordinates will be provided). Please arrive 30 minutes early to meet Captain Douglas and board The Tipsy Gaul.

    Pick-Up Option: We offer free pick-up from Montezuma.

    From Other Areas: Guests from Santa Teresa or Mal País are advised to arrange a round-trip ride by car or taxi to Cabuya.

  • We strongly recommend that all participants have personal travel or health insurance covering outdoor activities such as boat rides and snorkeling.

    Our tour operation carries civil liability insurance, but this does not replace your personal coverage.

    By joining this tour, you participate voluntarily and accept the natural risks involved. Ecotourspuravida and our guides are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage.

  • This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, people with serious back or heart conditions, or travelers with limited mobility, as boat rides and snorkeling may be physically demanding.

  • While food is not included, we provide refreshing drinks and snacks on board, including water, fruit, soft drinks, and beer. You are also welcome to bring your own meals or additional snacks if you like.

  • Rezdy Bookings
    When booking through the Rezdy platform on our website, full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.

    Direct Bookings
    For reservations made directly with us, you may secure your spot with a 20% deposit via PayPal or Venmo and pay the remaining balance in cash on the day of the tour.

  • We understand that travel plans may change, so we do our best to offer a fair and flexible policy:

    Full Refund: Cancel up to 48 hours before departure and receive a full refund.

    Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before departure will incur a 50% charge to cover costs already incurred.

    No Refund: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable, as we are unable to resell the space.
