Minimum participants :
Most of our group tours require a minimum of 4 people to run the tour. If we do not hit this minimum, we reserve the right to cancel the tour, in which case we will contact you to offer an alternative tour or send a refund.
Cancellation:
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
Important Information:
This tour is not suitable for children under 13, adults over 70, pregnant women, or individuals with mobility challenges or serious health conditions (e.g., heart or respiratory issues, or those requiring ongoing medication).
Pets are not permitted.
Capacity is limited to just 12 guests per day to ensure a personalized and comfortable experience.
Departures begin at 9:00 a.m., as authorized by the Port Captain. Return from the island is scheduled between 2:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., with arrival at the dock around 4:00 p.m.
All passengers are required to wear life jackets during the boat trip.
From December to March, sea conditions may include strong winds and high tides. For safety reasons, early return to Cartagena may be necessary. In such cases, guests will be informed directly by the on-site administration.
Please understand that in the event of adverse sea conditions, the boat captain reserves the right to modify the return schedule to prioritize passenger safety.
