Things to Know

  • No prior horseback riding experience needed.

  • Horseback riding is not recommended if you’ve had recent surgeries, or suffer from neck, back, hip, knee, or foot injuries, or if you’re pregnant.

  • All minors (under 18 years) must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Weight limit: Strictly enforced at 240 lbs.

  • Trails are wide, but horses tend to walk near the edge for better visibility of their surroundings

  • Horses maintain a relaxed pace and walk in a line, with one or more guides accompanying you on the trail.

  • Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing. Long pants, like jeans or riding breeches, help prevent chafing.

  • Wear comfortable, heeled boots or shoes to prevent your feet from slipping in the stirrups and to give your ankles the support they need.

  • Drugs and Alcohol are not allowed

Minimum participants :

Most of our group tours require a minimum of 2 people to run the tour. If we do not hit this minimum, we reserve the right to cancel the tour, in which case we will contact you to offer an alternative tour or send a refund.

Cancellation:

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time. 

This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
