LA BAYKA ECOLODGE
La Bayka Ecolodge is an eco-friendly retreat located in Nuquí, on Colombia’s Pacific coast. Designed with sustainability and community in mind, the lodge offers rustic comfort in the heart of one of the world’s most biodiverse regions. Guests can enjoy whale watching (July–October), guided jungle hikes, birdwatching, mangrove excursions, and cultural exchanges with local communities. Every experience at La Bayka supports conservation efforts and promotes responsible tourism, making your visit both meaningful and unforgettable.
The hotel is located 45 minutes by boat from the town of Nuquí, on the beaches of Guachalito, which are suitable for swimmers of all ages. The hotel staff welcomes guests at the Nuquí airport and escorts them back to this point at the end of their stay.

The rooms do not have air conditioning or fans, as the design of the cabins is intended to ensure excellent natural airflow. Each room is equipped with mosquito nets and towels for your comfort. There are no televisions in the rooms or in the hotel’s social areas, allowing for a more peaceful experience and a deeper connection with nature. Wi-Fi is available in the restaurant area.
