One-Day Itinerary Tour to Laguna Negra
Day 1
For this tour, We will depart from the city of Cali in the afternoon by private transport in where we will pick you to youir air bnb or hotel. The drive towards our destination point is very relaxing and along the route and we will stop at various points to familiarize you with the terrain, flora, fauna, climate, and other notable attractions in the area.
One of our stops will be at the Aguila (Eagle) Bridge, where you'll see the Amaime River, the main water source for the region's many agricultural crops. After a scenic drive through the mountains, we will arrive in the town of Tenerife, our home base for the night. In Tenerife, we will stay at a local homestay where we can rest after the long drive, relax, and enjoy the town scenery.
Our hosts will prepare a delicious dinner for us. After dinner, our tour guide will review the rules and regulations for the next day's hike and address any questions you may have about the upcoming trek. Afterward, we'll have some time to relax and socialize before heading to our rooms for a good night's sleep.
Day 2
The next morning, we will wake up around 5:30 am and have breakfast to fuel up for the hike. Around 6:30 am, we will start our hike. The ecosystems we will encounter vary with altitude, providing our guides the opportunity to share fascinating information about the region's flora and fauna. We will make several stops along the way to rest, hydrate, and take in the breathtaking views. Upon reaching Laguna Negra, we will explore the area, discuss the importance of paramo ecosystems, and take some time to relax.
During our descent, we will maintain a relaxed pace. Once back in Tenerife, we will decompress, clean up, and enjoy a delicious lunch. Afterward, we will conclude our tour by returning to Cali and dropping you off at your location.

Drop Off Time :
Just so you know, drop-off times can change based on where your hotel or vacation rental is and how the group is moving along.
Minimum participants :
Most of our group tours require a minimum of 3 people to run the tour. If we do not hit this minimum, we reserve the right to cancel the tour, in which case we will contact you to offer an alternative tour or send a refund.
Cancellation:
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
