The lodge is located in el Valle, Chocó—a remote Pacific region only accessible by plane (typically from Medellín).
This is a place for adventure and disconnection, not luxury tourism. A perfect opportunity to unplug, relax, and connect with nature.
Expect frequent rain, high humidity, and lush surroundings year-round. Rain is part of the experience—it keeps the jungle alive and vibrant.
Whale watching (July–October), turtle nesting, birdwatching, and jungle treks are unforgettable experiences—but wildlife sightings are not guaranteed and depend on the season and luck.

A deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation, Deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining 80% balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.
Reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.
No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or unused services.
Refunds for card payments may exclude bank processing fees.

In case of cancellation before the final payment deadline, only the deposit will be retained. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

The operator reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel activities for safety reasons.
